Craig has been in the St. Cloud area since 1971. Craig is more than just a team member of John's but also his son in law! Craig and his wife Robyn reside in Sartell with their son, Alex and daughter, Reese. In his free time Craig enjoys staying active by playing softball, racquetball, and of course the needed house projects.

Sarah Dalman, REALTOR®
Hello! My role in the team, John Pearson Real Estate Group, is that of the assistant. My real estate career started by working for John and another agent in October of 2001 and I received my real estate license in the spring of 2002. Since the spring of 2005, I became exclusive to this team. Personally, I have been a resident of St. Cloud since 1984. I went to Sts. Peter, Paul and Michael schools (K-8) and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1996. I then attended and graduated from The Saint Cloud Technical College with a diploma in Child and Adult Care and Education. I was employed with a local child care center for several years but needed a different kind of "challenge". Since I grew up around real estate, it was really a natural choice for me to be drawn into real estate. My mother, Jan, the office manager at Prudential Pladson Realty, Inc, was the first employee of Pladson Realty, in 1986.
For the team, I have so many responsibilities but it can be summed up by simply saying, I keep things going. I do the behind the scenes work of real estate; the detailed organization work. I enjoy doing the secretarial type duties of my job but since I also have my license I have the opportunity to interact directly with our clients and customers and occasionally sell a house myself. I have a very well balanced, diverse job.
In September of 2003, I married my husband, Ezra. In our spare time, we enjoy our sons; Bailey, a quick witted, entertaining 9 year old and Milo, a curious toddler.
